Isa, do we have a wrong idea of love?
My message is: more reality, away from Hollywood fantasies. We need to learn more about relationships, about dynamics in relationships. We often have expectations of other people that are inconsistent with reality. Like when we fall in love. That famous love at first sight that we know from Hollywood. From love stories that want us to believe, this is how true love works - and for this love you have to do everything, carry your partner in your hands, towards the sunset, on a white horse with a red rose in your mouth.
But what is it when you fall head over heels in love with someone and in the end just lie back in bed and are completely destroyed because he or she doesn't call back? Is completely numb, can no longer cope? Or when you go completely crazy, jealous because he or she is not there? Is that really love Or are they feelings of inferiority? Is it addiction?
